This Agreement exclusively governs all sales of products made through the website www.mrshisha.gr (owned by KAMPOURAKIS MICHAIL, registered at 9 Fotiou Koritsas, Ymittos, Attica, VAT No. 103677380, GEMI No. 161848703000). Any deviations from this Agreement must be confirmed in writing by www.mrshisha.gr. Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Every user who enters and uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms set forth herein, without exception. If any user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the online store and any transactions with it.

2. Orders
Orders must be submitted in writing via the Internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the www.mrshisha.gr website and are binding only upon acceptance by www.mrshisha.gr through a corresponding update of the order status you will receive upon Order Completion. This update is recorded in www.mrshisha.gr’s system, displayed on the user’s screen, and sent via email following order submission.
Your order is considered binding when the order status is marked as "In Process".
Order status is continuously updated whenever there are changes during order management.
You are required to review the Order Confirmation and notify www.mrshisha.gr in writing of any errors (no later than 6 hours after receiving the electronic Order Confirmation notice); otherwise, the details stated in the Order Confirmation will be applied to this Agreement.

However, in good faith, it does not bear responsibility nor is it bound by potential errors in product features, photos, and prices listed on www.mrshisha.gr and cannot guarantee the absence of errors from any cause during the import or update of a product’s features and/or price.
In good faith and for your protection, if you find a product offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, please contact our Customer Support at +30 2109735690 or via email at info@mrshisha.gr before placing an order.
Mrshisha.gr allows users to order available products online and pick them up from our physical store (Fotiou Koritsas 9, Ymittos, Attica). This option is subject to the following conditions:
– The customer must be a registered member of e-shisha.gr and must have provided all necessary information to verify their identity (full name, email, contact phone, username, and password).
– The order is valid for 72 hours from the moment you receive a notification email with the pickup dates. If the customer fails to collect and pay for the order within that period, the order will be canceled without liability to e-shisha.gr.
– If it is found that a user abusively exercises this pickup option (e.g., repeated orders not collected), mrshisha.gr may deny future pickup orders from that user.
Our products can be shipped worldwide, but the recipient is solely responsible for complying with local laws and customs regulations. Mrshisha.gr bears no liability in case of non-receipt abroad.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any stage of completion by calling +30 2109735690 or emailing info@mrshisha.gr. Depending on the status of your order, we will inform you of your available options.
4. Delivery / Ownership / Risk
Products can be shipped anywhere in Greece and abroad (with additional shipping charges). Customers are charged for shipping costs, calculated automatically based on our agreement with Geniki Taxydromiki.
In remote or high-cost delivery areas (e.g., villages), customers must collect orders from their local Geniki Taxydromiki branch.
If you disagree with the shipping cost, you may request a correction or cancel the order within 2 hours of receiving the related notification. After this time, the shipping cost is deemed accepted.
Mrshisha.gr will make every effort to deliver products within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). For "On Request" items, delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, assuming supplier availability. Ownership passes upon full payment, and risk transfers upon delivery.
5. Warranty
Mrshisha.gr does not offer warranties or guarantees for third-party products (items not manufactured by us but resold).
6. Force Majeure
Mrshisha.gr is not liable for delays due to causes beyond its control (e.g., strikes, terrorism, war, supplier/transport issues, currency fluctuations, laws, or natural disasters). If such events last more than 2 months, either party may terminate the Agreement without compensation.

You may return purchased products without justification within 14 calendar days of receipt, bearing only the return shipping cost.

Notify us in writing at info@mrshisha.gr with the return reason and invoice/receipt details. Upon written approval, return products to Fotiou Koritsas 9, Ymittos, Attica, ZIP 17237.
Check products upon delivery for visible defects. If any exist, report them on the same day or next business day at +30 2109735690 or info@mrshisha.gr.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving returned items, either via account credit or as agreed.

9. Amendments
